What to expect as an IO4 coach.
You do not have to study a dashboard during the game. IO4 captures what happened, brings forward what deserves attention, and gives you evidence to make your own coaching decision.
Three things to know before your first game
1. You stay in control. IO4 can surface evidence and suggestions; you decide what matters and what to act on.
2. Your access is protected. Use the secure coach link created from Scorekeeper. Team and player information stays inside the protected team experience.
3. The game carries forward. Halftime is not the end of the analysis. IO4 connects the coach's decision to second-half response, postgame development, practice, the next game, tournament weekends, and season continuity.
Open your secure coach link
The scorekeeper shares protected coach access.
Open that link on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. The coach does not need the scorekeeper's device.
Review Halftime Coach
At halftime, look at the focused evidence—not every statistic.
IO4 shows what happened in the first half and brings attention to a coaching focus supported by the captured game evidence.
Make the coaching decision
Accept or dismiss the focus based on what you know about your team and the game.
The recommendation does not replace your judgment. Your decision becomes part of the game story.
Coach the second half
Coach normally. The scorekeeper continues capturing H2.
IO4 preserves the second-half evidence so you can later see how the team responded after the halftime decision.
Open Competition Coach after FINAL
Use the protected postgame handoff.
Review the full game, the halftime focus, and the second-half response together. Decide what deserves to carry forward.
Use Player Profiles and Practice Planner
Do development work from your own device.
After the game, open Player Profiles to review player information and Practice Planner to turn the game evidence into the next practice. The scorekeeper can keep their scoring device.
Turn evidence into development
Choose what needs work next.
Use the game evidence to inform player and team development, Coaching Library options, and the next practice plan. IO4 gives you options; you choose the coaching response.
Measure again
Use the next game, weekend, and season to see what changes.
IO4 keeps the evidence connected through Tournament Weekend and Season Continuity so improvement can be measured over time instead of treating every game as an isolated box score.
